Steps
Once you confirm deletion, the request is sent to our systems immediately and deletion begins at once. This action is final and cannot be undone or recovered later.
Open the Shater app and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Choose Delete account at the bottom of the settings page.
Confirm deletion when the final confirmation prompt appears.
As soon as you confirm deletion, the following data is marked for immediate removal from our live systems
This data is retained only for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules [enter duration, e.g. 5 years], fully separated from your deleted account, and is not used for any other purpose.
Timeline
Account deletion and removal from all app interfaces; you stop receiving new notifications or messages.
Deleted data is permanently removed from systems and internal backups.
Retained financial data is deleted automatically when the legal retention period ends.
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us directly. We will process the request manually after verifying your identity.
